Snake Attack is a mental Floor 4 challenge introduced in Series 1.

The Caretaker's Explanation of the Game Edit

A strange wall faces the Unfortunates. One of them must make it safely from one side to the other, choosing which holes to put their hands in. They must choose wisely, because the wall is home to a hungry Child-Eating Python! She'll be waiting in one of the walls for a little snack. It's simple, if they get bitten three times, they fail!

Layout Edit

The layout is very plain, with green wallpaper and a large number 4 on it. In the middle of the room is a large wall with two statues, ivy growing on it, and 15 holes.

Challenge Character Edit

The Child-Eating Python is the resident challenge character of this game. She hides behind the wall, in a specific part of the wall every time. If the Unfortunates choose a hole where the python is hiding, the Unfortunate placing their hand in the wall will be "bitten" and have black sludge on his or her hand.

Gameplay Edit

In this challenge, one Unfortunate will be placing his or her hand in the wall, while the other three have to make decisions as a team on which hole to pick - top, middle or bottom. If the Unfortunates choose a hole where the snake is hiding, the Unfortunate placing their hand in the holes will be "bitten" and get black sludge on his or her hand (The black sludge is the snake's venom). The team need to avoid the snake three times (make three correct guesses) in order to pass the challenge, but if they get bitten three times (make three incorrect guesses), they fail. During the challenge, The Voice will tell the Saboteur which hole the snake is hiding in.
