- Status: Challenge was passed. Saboteur was detected.

- Details: There was 3 correct guesses, and 2 incorrect guesses.
- Ben's last words: I reckon because on the first round, I just chose what I wanted and didn't let the others choose.
Floor 2[]
- Details: Adam answered 3 questions correctly. Bethan answered 2 questions correctly. 9 questions were asked.
- Winner: Adam
- Bethan's last words: Quite sad, but I feel good that I almost got out.
- Adam said: I'm free!
Trivia[]
- Ben is the only person who remained undetected throughout Toxic Treats, the other Toxic Treats Saboteurs got detected. Ben later gets trapped on Floor 3. In addition, he is also the only Toxic Treats saboteur to not receive any votes.
- On Floor 4: 'Snake Attack', Libby chickened out and deliberately ignored The Voice's orders and let her team pass on purpose because she didn't want to get bitten by the snake; when The Voice asked Libby why she think she failed as the saboteur, she said: "I was a bit nervous and I didn't... and I knew I was going to get bitten" (she was obviously going to say "I didn't want to get bitten" but for some reason said something else, for unknown reasons)".
- Libby is the only saboteur bitten by the snake, but she is not the only unfortunate bitten by the snake to be trapped; Tyrone from Series 1, Episode 1 (Poplar) was also bitten by the snake and trapped, however as a contrast to Libby he wasn't the saboteur but two of his fellow unfortunates thought he was.
- The look on Bethan’s face when The Voice announced the real saboteur was Libby on Floor 4 shows how surprised she was to find out that Libby was actually the saboteur.
- This is the only episode where the team pass on the account of the saboteur's personal choice; in this case, Libby's choice of safety over freedom (to not get bitten than to escape to the next floor).
- Libby's actions on Snake Attack demonstrate clearly why all the other saboteurs throughout the series do not have the role of placing their hand in the wall; as they are aware of where the snake is which can put them off should they become scared about or uncomfortable with getting bitten, like Libby did.
- Rhys is the only Unfortunate trapped in Toxic Treats to not be the Saboteur.
- On the third round of Poisoned Banquet (although Ben incorrectly states it was the first round), Ben picked up the poison cake (the one with the white sweet) almost straight away without asking Adam and Bethan for an opinion or approval, this more than likely caused Adam and Bethan to vote for him and ignore his suggestions throughout the rest of the challenge; hence why the team passed.
- On Floor 2, Bethan was asked to spell the word 'saboteur'. Given the test is about remembering their time in the tower (including events in the episode, set pieces and locations) a spelling question would seem somewhat random and irrelevant. Jamiel is asked a similar question in the next episode.
- This is the first of 3 episodes where the unfortunates are from Wales. Unfortunates from Wales would appear again in Series 3, Episode 4 (Newport) and Series 4, Episode 7 (Pontypool)
- Bethan is the only saboteur in Freaky Factory to occupy the second booth.
