- Rebecca's last words: I think the others voted for me because I didn't want to take a tooth out and that's probably the reason why.

Trivia[]
- There was a mistake after voting for Ella on Floor 4 that the voice accidentally revealed the saboteur was Chris instead of Daniel. Chris had already been trapped as the saboteur the previous round.
- Mariah is the only girl in Series 3 to be trapped on Floor 6 and was not the saboteur.
- This is one of five episodes where all of the girls are trapped before Floor 2. The other episodes include Series 1, Episode 7 (Brighton), Series 2, Episode 12 (Newcastle), Series 3, Episode 1 (Brixton) and Series 3, Episode 10 (Hackney).
- Daniel is the only Saboteur in Green Fingers to escape the Tower. He is also the second saboteur in Green Fingers to sabotage the challenge and not receive any votes, along with Bryhanna and Glen.
- This is the first episode to only feature challenges that debuted outside of Series 1. In this case, all the challenges that were featured originally appeared in Series 2.
- All the saboteurs, except Rebecca on Floor 6, were male (Chris, Daniel, George).
- Near the end of Septic Sewers, Chris deliberately tried to miss while throwing the plugs to the other unfortunates. This was pointed out by George during the voting, and was likely why Chris was detected.
- George is the second and last saboteur in Extraction to successfully sabotage the challenge and not receive any votes. The first was Rhiana.
